Bacán is a bistro on the terrace of the Good Hotel in Zona 4, Guatemala City. Brunch and specialty coffee from 7am, charcoal-grilled plates to share, vermouth and craft cocktails for long afternoons, and dinner Monday to Saturday. The kitchen is led by Colombian chef Nicolás Solanilla.
