Bacán is a bistro on the terrace of the Good Hotel in Zona 4, Guatemala City. Breakfast and specialty coffee from 7am, plates from the charcoal grill to share through the afternoon, and vermouth and craft cocktails into the evening. The kitchen is led by Colombian chef Nicolás Solanilla.
